Manage Apartments
· Advertising of the property in view of attracting suitable tenants/tourists;
· Leasing of the property: booking and payments; placing and general support to the tenants;
· Cleaning of the property, laundry of bedding and towels once a week and before check in for the owners of the apartments;
· Property inspection weekly (when unoccupied) which includes:
- Ventilation:
- Any leaks – egress or ingress, dampness, condensation etc.
- Boiler , electricity , heating and associated appliances;
- Light bulbs will be changed as necessary;
- Water – flushing toilets and running all taps Maintenance equirements;
- General condition of the property;
· Emergency property visit in case of unexpected events (earthquake, flood, fire, storm etc.);
· Key holder ( 3 copies of apartment key to be supplied at owner’s cost and held by us);
· Categorizing of the property as tourist accommodation premises in accordance with the Tourism Act in R.Bulgaria
· Monthly report of the property state: e-mailed once a month;
· Payment of local taxes and fees (at the expense of the ASSIGNOR);
· Payment of current bills (el. power and water consumption, telephone, cable TV, internet, at the expense of the ASSIGNOR).
Prices and conditions:
Package 1 - Annual fee - 400euro on signing the contract, and 20 % from the gross rental incomes. VAT included.
Package 2 - Annual fee - 200 euro on signing the contract, and 30 % from the gross rental incomes. VAT included.
