Maintenance Apartments

 ·           Visiting the property once a week during which we inspect: the general condition of the property, including terraces, bathrooms/toilets, electrical appliances, windows, doors, humidity check, plumbing check. (The above mentioned visits are held when the property is not occupied). 

 ·           Monthly report with description and photo of the eventual problematic place. We are able to provide qualified technicians who will visit your property and remove the damages. (The price of the additional services, i.e. repairs, is not included in the price of the package). 

 ·           Preparing the property for, and after the winter period.

 ·       Payment of bills such as:

-   payment of the local fees and taxes (waste tax, inhabited house duty);
-   payment of the current accounts (for electricity, running water, telephone, centralized security system, at the expense of the ASSIGNOR etc.)

Prices and conditions:
 -    Annual fee - 200 euro VAT 


 -   Properties located over 40 /forty/ km outside the towns/resorts where our local office is will be charged additionally at 0.20 euros/km for covering the transportation costs.
