Hotel Management
· Organization of the security for the complex;
· Organization and daily control of observing the interior regulations; twenty-four-hour administration;
· Reservation department services with software support.
· Daily control and general technical maintenance of common installations and equipments at the complex, according to the valid technical instructions, standards and regulations.
· Organization and execution of the sanitary service of the complex and common parts of the living spaces, including daily cleaning of stairs, corridors, lobbies; offices, grass plots, yards, parking places, common places for relaxation and entertainments (without transporting the garbage, which is an engagement of the municipality), according to the valid technical instructions, standards and regulations;
· Maintenance of the green vegetation and grass plots at the complex, according to the customary cares at such cases;
· Maintenance of the water equipments (swimming pool) of the complex, according to the valid sanitary instructions, standards and regulations;
· Appointing, training and daily control of assistance service staff for maintenance of all common parts of the complex;
· Managing of the restaurant, bar, spa- and fitness center of the complex(prices and conditions are indicative and are a subject of negotiation);
· Supply the service staff with working clothes and transportation;
· Supply the maintenance of common parts with needful materials;
· Assigning activities to third persons (physical or juridical) for correct operation of definite installations and activities at the complex area.
· Hiring of the third parties or companies when appropriate for the correct operation and maintenance of the complex.
